Learn how it all works together! Jen Deraspe will cover basic anatomy and biomechanic principles, how the body works within the context of the yoga practice and will look at common injuries that are brought to the classroom.
Participants will gain a solid understanding of how to keep themselves and their yoga students safe in the yoga class setting, and how to support healing of orthopedic imbalances and injuries through the yoga practice.
