Trauma-informed, creative workshop specifically designed for Black boys and men seeking peace. By using mindfulness meditation as one of the tools to help manage stress, anxiety, anger and sadness, these soulful gatherings have been described as "really needed", "dope", "blessing", & "healing."

As an award-winning Actress and Poet, she has shared her gifts on the stage, tv & film. She was commissioned to write her solo show, Freckle In My Eye, which tells the powerful story of a woman on Texas’ Death Row. It has been presented at universities, art festivals, and regional theaters throughout the country. She has also taught and facilitated creative workshops at correctional institutions, and various schools, including Arts Magnet, Dallas’ premiere performing arts high school.
She is the Vibe Specialist, mixing artwork with her heart work. She serves her community by teaching mindfulness meditation. She has been hired as a consultant to facilitate trauma-informed healing services, and has assisted survivors, incarcerated youth and women, grieving mothers, veterans, etc. In honor of her murdered brother, John John, she created Brother Breathe, for black boys and men seeking peace.
Ashley has been invited to speak and offer services at 72 & Sunny, Californians for Safety and Justice, Revolve Impact, Black Women for Wellness,The National Association of Black Journalists, The National Performance Network, South Dallas Cultural Center, University of Asheville, etc.
